How do I place an order?

The simplest path is WhatsApp. Send us a screenshot of the piece (or describe it), and we'll confirm availability, share the final price and arrange delivery. You can also reach us through the contact form on this site, or by DM on Instagram.

For larger commissions or styling jobs, the contact form is best — it gives us the brief in one place.

Do you deliver across Nigeria?

Yes — we dispatch from Lagos to all 36 states. Lagos delivery is usually same- or next-day. Outside Lagos takes between two and five business days, depending on courier and destination.

For fragile pieces (vases, mirrors, sculpted ceramics) we use specialist couriers and double-pack everything. Insurance is included on all out-of-state shipments.

How is pricing determined?

Prices are now listed on each piece in the collection. The price you see is the current price; delivery is added at checkout based on your location.

For bulk orders, trade pricing, or bespoke commissions, message us on WhatsApp for a tailored quote.

Do you offer interior styling, or is it only retail?

Both. Many clients buy individual pieces from the collection. Others ask us to style a whole space — a living room, an entryway, a salon, an office, or a short-let apartment. For full-room styling we send a tailored shortlist with sizes and finishes, and (in Lagos) come on-site to install.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer in NGN. For commissions above ₦300,000 we can split payment into a 60% deposit and a 40% balance on delivery.

We do not currently accept cash on delivery — this keeps our couriers' processes simple and your delivery on schedule.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

If a piece arrives damaged in transit, we replace or refund it in full — please send photos within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Outside of damage in transit, items are non-returnable, as our pieces are curated and often one-off.

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for unopened items in their original packaging.

Can I order in bulk for a hotel, salon or short-let business?

Yes. Bulk orders for hospitality, salons, lounges, offices and short-let portfolios are part of our work. We offer wholesale pricing on volumes and can scope the styling per location. Send your brief and we'll come back with a project proposal.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently focus on serving clients within Nigeria. We can sometimes arrange direct courier to neighbouring countries on request; please WhatsApp us to scope this case-by-case.

Are your artificial flowers and botanicals real-touch?

Most of our florals are premium real-touch silicone or naturally-dried. We avoid the plasticky finish you'll find on cheap imports — every botanical we stock is one we'd put in our own home.

How do I look after my pieces?

Most decor pieces want little more than a soft microfibre dust. We send a short care card with every order — including specifics for ceramics, glass, brass and dried botanicals.

For mirrors and glass, a small spray of vinegar-water and a lint-free cloth keeps them clear. For diffusers, flip the reeds weekly.

Do you partner with interior designers?

Yes. We work with a small list of interior designers and architects across Nigeria, offering trade pricing on collection pieces. If you're a designer interested in working with us, please email yemanninterior@gmail.com.
